When is the crawl?
The Puyallup Holiday Coffee Crawl starts November 1, 2026 and runs through December 31. Crawlers can visit stops any time during your normal business hours.
What is the $49.99 for?
$49.99 for the 2026 holiday season, one-time. It covers your map pin, passport slot, counter card, and crawl marketing.
Is the $49.99 a subscription?
No. It is $49.99 for the 2026 holiday season, one-time. You will not be charged again for this season.
What do I need to do at my shop?
Display the QR sign we send you near the register, and let your team know the counter code. Guests scan or type the code to collect their stamp. You don't need to change your POS or add any hardware.
Do guests have to buy something?
Show some love if you can and buy something at the shop. A purchase is not required to get a stamp.
What happens after I pay?
You'll get a Stripe receipt right away. Then open your shop portal to add your address, photo, hours, and offer, and print your counter card when it is ready.
